Returns are only accepted if we made a mistake for your order and sent an incorrect item or items. The item(s) to be returned must be in its original condition. Items with packaging must be returned in its original state.
We will accept refunds only under certain conditions. If an incorrect address is inputted and the delivery courier is unable to delivery the package:

• A refund will be issued if the package is returned to us and the customer has requested for a refund. The refund amount will only be for the items in the order, NOT the shipping cost as the fees have already been used to pay for a label.
• A refund will NOT be issued if the package is not redirected to us. We are not responsible for any lost packages and/or undeliverable packages due to wrong address. 

We accept cancellations on orders that have not been shipped out. Please contact us ASAP if you would like your order cancelled.
Any items purchased during a sales are final. We will not accept refunds or returns.
